As your Buyer's Representative, I can be extremely valuable in finding properties on or off market that would best fit your needs.

Needs Analysis - I will analyze your needs, wants, and timeline and help you get a clear picture of your ideal home.
Pre-qualification or Pre-approval - I can guide you to loan officers to help you get pre-qualified or pre-approval. I can help you understand your financing options.
Neighborhood Information - I can inform you on each neighborhood that meets your needs.
Home Search - I will organize and schedule the home search process and provide ongoing updates. This can include properties listed for sale or properties we approach off market for you. I can get you in to the properties you want to see and experience in person.
Make Offers - We will compare homes and help you make a decision on which to write an offer on, what your offer includes and how to understand it all.
Negotiate - I will present the offer and negotiate on your behalf.
Vendor Coordination - I can advise and supervise vendor selections and coordinate vendor services.
Pre-close Preparation - I will coordinate and supervise document preparation and provide pre-closing consulting.
Closing - Preview closing documents and resolve last minute issues. Complete the transaction.
Post-closing - I can assist with move in coordination and assist with post closing issues.
